How do I return an item?
What is our return policy?

For All Returns or Exchanges
You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Any packages received without a number will be refused upon delivery. Please have your order number or the name the order was placed under ready when you call. We accept returns on unopened, unused products that are in sellable condition.

PLEASE NOTE: We will pay all return or replacement shipping costs if the return or replacement is a result of our error, but you must make the error known within 30 days of receiving your package.

For Returns or Exchanges within 30 days of receiving your package:
You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sellable condition for a full refund of the product. We will only deduct the original shipping charge from your refund; there will be no re-stocking fee. You may choose a full refund in the original payment method or in store credit. We must receive your return within 12 business days or there will be a restocking fee of $5 deducted from your refund.

Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

For Returns or Exchanges within 90 days of receiving your package:
You must call for Approval and a Return Authorization (RA) Number. You may return unused items in the original packaging that are in sellable condition for a store credit, minus the original shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee.

If we do not receive your return within 12 business days there will be a restocking fee of $5 deducted from your refund.

Please allow 24 hours for us to issue the refund once we have received your return and 5-10 business days for your bank to process it. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Items that may not be returned:
Books, DVDs
No returns on international shipments.
