THIS PRODUCT MAY ONLY BE SHIPPED VIA UPS GROUND. Winsor & Newton Artists' Matt Varnish is a UV-resistant matt varnish and can be removed with white spirit or distilled turpentine. It is quick drying, non-yellowing and does not bloom or crack. It should not to be used as a medium. Paintings should not be varnished until a painting is completely dry, in approximately 6-12 months. Shake well before use.
