IWATA Custom Micron - Absolute Precision for the Elite Professional

The Iwata Custom Micron line of airbrushes are the ultimate airbrush for the artist that requires extreme precision and detail. Each Iwata Custom Micron Airbrush features a pre-fitted head assembly and each airbrush been hand-tested and adjusted by an Iwata airbrush technician. Special machining processes along with the meticulous hand-fitting of the parts create an airbrush with superb atomization and incredible control. Extremely fine detail are possible with these airbrushes. By removing the crown cap and nozzle cap, these airbrushes will spray an entire range of stipple effects, from very fine to coarse textures.

The Iwata Custom Micron CM-C airbrush features a slightly larger .23-mm nozzle and is ideal for use with paints that are too heavy for a .18-mm nozzle or when larger work is being created. The Custom Micron CM-C features a larger 1/3 oz. (9 ml) gravity-feed color cup for working with larger volumes of paint.

The Iwata Custom Micron CM-C Plus features a .23-mm nozzle and large paint cup like the CM-C model, however it differs from the CM-C because it includes a Micro Air Control (MAC) Valve. The MAC valve enables infinite control of the airflow at the head of the airbrush, which provides even more control of stippling, fine details and finely atomized background spraying.

The Iwata Custom Micron CM-SB Side Feed Airbrush features a 0.18-mm nozzle for extremely fine detail. Because it is side-fed, the view directly over the top of the airbrush allows for up-close, fine detail work. It comes with a 1/8 oz. paint cup. It can also be fitted with a siphon feed bottle or a 1/4 oz. or 1/2 oz. gravity-feed cup. (hose, side-feed bottle and additional cups sold separately)
