Gamblin Art Sketching Oils are made for painters that are learning or experimenting with new ideas. They are formulated from the same high-quality pigments used to make Gamblin’s Artist Grade Oil line, allowing painters to get to know the color mixing properties of pigments while maintaining the differences between mineral and modern colors. They can be used on the same palette as Gamblin Artists’ Oils, and are compatible with all oil painting mediums and paints. This introductory set includes 37ml tubes of titanium white, cadmium yellow light, cadmium red light, alizarin crimson, ultramarine blue, and phthalo green. It also contains a gesso board panel, a palette knife, a paintbrush, a palette, a Navigating Color Space DVD and a color-mixing guide.
