Metallic Colors – Reflective base colors made with tinted
mica-flake. Metallic Colors are more reflective than the Pearlescent
Colors and make excellent bases for the 4600 Series Candy Colors.
Iridescent Colors – Pearlescent Colors with a distinct shift
through the color’s hue from its side-view to direct-view.

Pearlized Colors may be used alone for fantastic pearlescent finishes, or use as follows:
Mix with 4200 Series Transparent Graphic Colors for custom pearlescent blends.
Use as a base coat for the 4600 Series Candy Colors.
For custom pearlescent blends, or candied type effects apply 2-6 light coats of 4200 Series Transparent Colors over Series 4300 Pearlized Colors.
Recommended for use with airbrush sizes 0.5mm or larger. A 0.3mm size airbrush may be used when colors are thinned with Auto Air Reducer.
Auto Air Metallic Colors may be used alone for a metal-like appearance or use as follows:
Metallic Colors are best used over Auto Air Base Coat Sealer Dark or 4200 Series Deep Black Graphic Colors.
Use as a base for 4200 Series Transparent Graphic Colors for custom metallic blends, or as base for the 4600 Series Candy Colors.
For custom metallic blends, apply 2-6 light coats of 4200 Series Transparent Colors over Metallic Colors.
Metallic Colors’ pigments are heavy and may require vigorous shaking, bottles may be left upside down for a few minutes before shaking to release mixing ball located inside each bottle.

Auto Air Iridescent Colors may be used alone for a subtle iridescent effect with some color shift as light is reflected or use as follows:
Use as a base for 4200 Series Transparent Graphic Colors for custom blends.
Uses a base for the 4600 Series Candy Colors.
For custom iridescent blends, apply 2-6 light coats of 4200 Series Transparent Colors over Iridescent Colors.
